Chicken and Cheese Fettuccini

1 T. margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken cut in strips
1 can Campbell’s Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups hot cooked fettuccini (about 8 oz dry)

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook garlic 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken, soup, milk and cheese. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To serve, pour over fettuccini and toss to coat.

Ham and cheese – prepare as above except substitute 1 1/2 cups cooked ham (about 8 oz)

To make 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken strips, cook about 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken.
